It's Valentine's Day weekend after all, so I would like to share another Valentine card we did in class last month. It's one of my favorites. Very easy to make, yet so beautiful and classy. Plus, it only required one stamp and not that many supplies.
I used the paper piecing technique by stamping the image twice and cutting the newspaper that wraps the flowers then adhered it on the stamped/colored image with stampin' dimensionals to get a 3D effect. It's really quite lovely.
Card Recipe
Stamp Set: Love is Kindness (137131)
Papers: Card stocks in Basic Black, Whisper White and Real Red
Ink: Memento in Tuxedo Black
Tools & Accessories: Big Shot Die Cutting Machine (113439), Spring Flowers Embossing Folder (137365), Stampin' Write Markers in Real Red and Mossy Meadow, Paper Snips and Stampin' Dimensionals (104430)
Well, that's all for now. Thank you for stopping by.
